My adventures in Thailand started with a completion of a Fulbright administrator exchange program application during the Fall of 2007. We learned this morning when we visited the office in Bangkok that this program will be not be offered in the future. It was primarily designed for the exchange of school administrators. When Dr. Anchalee Wongla, Director of the Institute for Languages, Arts, and Culture at Chiang Mai Rajabhat University, chosen to partner with me at Eastern Connecticut State University, after I had selected Thailand as one priority destination among the six nations collaborating in this Fulbright exchange opportunity.
